THE AUCTION: The
sale of the subject property will be conducted at public auction by the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of Baldwin County. The sale will be called to order by the Clerk on the front steps of the
Baldwin County Courthouse in Bay Minette, Alabama at 12:00 Noon on Thursday,
October 23, 2014. The sale will be by public outcry to the highest bidder, who will be declared at the sale. Additional details concerning the
auction are set forth in the orders of sale which are posted below.
PAYMENT OF HIGH BID: The
high bidder must pay an earnest money deposit to the Clerk immediately on conclusion
of the auction. The amount of the earnest
money deposit required of the high bidder will be $150,000 payable to the Clerk
by certified or cashier's check. The
balance of the high bid must be paid to the Clerk, in immediately available
funds, at closing.

high bid must be approved by the Circuit Court of Baldwin County as not being
grossly inadequate and the sale must be otherwise confirmed by the Court. A decision on confirmation is expected
in approximately two weeks following the auction. Within ten (10) days following confirmation, the Clerk will
schedule a closing of the sale, at which a Clerk's Deed will be delivered to
the successful purchaser, along with a title insurance commitment, survey, and
other available documents referred to here. No fees, costs of closing, or any other expense of the sale,
will be charged to the purchaser. Default in closing by the purchaser will result in forfeiture of the earnest
